You don’t have to be seething with rage to qualify as being angry. Indeed, most of the anger that people feel is not violent or difficult to control. It is irritation or annoyance, the usual response to every day disappointments.

Through this half day workshop, we will explore the roots of anger and through lots of interesting exercises learn to make friends with our anger and even people who made us angry. The following are examples of techniques:
